We are very excited to announce that Lindsey Bischoff has been named as our 2020 Employee of the Year! During a year that saw our entire industry make multiple changes and adjustments, Lindsey has given our clients the constant, high-level service that they deserve. With her incredible commitment to providing a safe and therapeutic environment, she has created an experience where our clients can flourish and advance their life skills.
To celebrate this achievement, we want everyone to get to know Lindsey better.
Lindsey is a Registered Behavior Technician that has been with us for approximately a year and a half. Being the positive person she is, she was drawn to Autism Services because she, “really aspires to spread positivity and make an impact on the lives of those around me.” She had the urge to work with children, especially those with special needs.
Her favorite part of working in Applied Behavior Analysis is being able to see the impact that ABA has on the daily life of the client and their families. “We truly have the best team here and I am so grateful to be able to work with such hard working and caring team members.”
Lindsey’s hobbies include reading, eating, and doing puzzles, but her list of favorites is truly amazing:
Color: The rainbow because all colors complement each other
Music: All genres
Food: Cheese!
Animal: Rabbits – has a pet rabbit named Hedwig
TV Show: Little House on the Prairie
Movie: The Harry Potter Series
